William Levy’s Lawsuit Dismissed

Prior to ‘Dancing with the Stars’, William Levy had a pending lawsuit that was filed in July 2011, in which he was sued for sexual battery of an underage girl. It is now reported that the lawsuit has been dismissed.

Last year, Levy split from his actress wife Elizabeth Gutierrez, the mother of his two kids, Christopher, 5, and Kailey, 2. The exes met in 2003 on the set of Protagonistas de Novela 2 and broke up last year. There were rumors of infidelity and particularly a nasty story that Levy allegedly assaulted a minor, Karla Alvarez, during a July 2010 encounter at a Glendale, California, hotel room.
