Credit that to the 36 handsome and hot bodies that competed for the 100 thousand pesos cash, plus many more... prize at stake. It was an exceptionally great looking batch, but at the end of the fast - paced pageant , 19 years old from Laguna JOHN MICHAEL "MIKEE" DELA CRUZ emerged as the 1ST MANILA'S MAN OF THE YEAR. The finalists were more or less even in looks, but it was Mikee quick wit that made him stand out and ultimately won the title. Others in the winning circle were MANILA'S MAN OF THE YEAR 1st runner-up :JARED ALVERO from Antipolo, MANILA'S MAN OF THE YEAR 2nd runner-up: CLARK KISEO from Tondo, Manila.
